Returning your order
At UAVspaces b.v., we do our best to provide products of the highest quality. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not satisfied with your purchase. In that case, you can return the product according to our return policy.

Check your order
We advise you to check immediately after receiving your order that the item was delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day of receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged upon return.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

How does the return policy work?

Report your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Some products cannot be returned, such as:

Products customized or made especially for you.
Products that may spoil or have a limited shelf life.

How do I return a product?
For quick and proper processing of your return, please do the following:

Make sure the packaging and the product are well packed.
Please include your order number and reason for return clearly on or inside the package.
Always ask for and keep a shipping receipt with tracking code at the post office. Returns are at the buyer's risk.

Return address

Because we use different locations to store our products (for example, larger power stations that require special conditions and solar panels stored elsewhere), we always ask that you contact us first for the correct return address. This way we can ensure that your return is received and processed at the correct location.

What happens after receiving my return?
Once we receive your return, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm.

We strive to refund the purchase price within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
