Terms typically vary between 24 and 72 months (2 to 6 years). Rates are individually calculated at application based on item value, term, and chosen model. The desired period is a non-binding request that must first be reviewed.

You can choose from 15, 24, 36, 48, 60, or 72 months. Estimated monthly costs are shown in the webshop and shopping cart.

Yes. While monthly payments are fixed, you can buy out the contract at any time during the lease period by paying the remaining balance in one lump sum. A small administrative fee may apply.

The first payment includes: the period from delivery until the first debit, the following month, and the annual insurance premium (if applicable). After that, only your fixed monthly lease amount will be charged.

This depends on the lease type. With a financial lease, the full VAT amount is paid upfront together with the first payment. With an operational lease, the VAT is included in the monthly payments and spread over the lease period.

Insurance against damage and loss/theft of the leased item is mandatory and must be obtained because the item remains the property of the lessor. Lessees can provide their own insurance proof or arrange appropriate insurance through our leasing partners.

Yes. All products are supplied new and include the manufacturer's warranty. Additional damage is covered by insurance.

Always contact Koningdrone in case of defects. Depending on the product, repairs may be handled by an authorized manufacturer repair center or through our own technical service.

1. Load desired items from the shopping cart and choose a preferred leasing period (non-binding). 2. Complete the automatically pre-filled enquiry form and submit it. 3. After credit assessment, you will receive a leasing contract for review and digital signature. 4. After approval, we will deliver the items to your address (no pickup).

Most lease reviews are completed within 1 business day, although in some cases the review process may take up to 2 business days. You will receive updates by email.

This depends on your business and the assessment. If required, you will be notified after the initial review.

Typically, no upfront payment is required. However, a down payment may be possible and can reduce monthly costs. The down payment amount will be included in the first lease invoice.

Monthly leasing rates are conveniently and securely collected by our leasing partner via SEPA direct debit from your account.

Yes. Payments are collected via direct debit using your IBAN.

Operational lease offers flexibility: you may return the product, renew the lease, or in many cases purchase the leased item. With financial lease, the product becomes fully yours and remains your property after the lease period ends.

With financial lease, ownership is transferred to you at the end of the lease contract. With operational lease, the equipment remains the property of the leasing partner during the full contract period.

Leasing contracts are currently available for business customers located in the Netherlands and Belgium. We deliver directly to your preferred Dutch or Belgian address. Pickup is not offered.
